Hi guys/girls I am new to this forum so my first post is reg my role as a playground assistant at a primary school :).
I have lots of children coming up to me and asking me to help them zip their jackets up which I am fine with as most of the kids that ask me are 6yrs old or younger but I am just wondering why do some older kids not und that during inclement weather they need to fasten up their jackets before there are numerous times I go up to a child and say to them "I think you best fasten the zip on your jacket as its not nice weather today"?
Sounds like most of the children at my school too! They think they’re immune to the weather! 😊

Do you also find yourself asking them if they think it would be a good idea to fasten their jacket zips?
