3.5% coming from existing school budgets....
Personally disgusted with the unions who all seemed to have changed their narrative overnight, schools can barely run as is without having to find more money to pay on salary.
I hope everyone votes against it in the next ballot
There's a lot of different rumours flying around about if it's fully funded or not
What I want to know is what they are going to do about our workload, the government also said they will be taking "urgent action to reduce it" in their statement which will probably amount to f all.
Dissapointing.
Look it up, the partial or full funding, whatever it is, also comes at the expense of migrants, who are the parents of a LOT of the students we teach.
I can't believe the unions are recommending we vote for this, all of it feels super sketchy to me.
Anything not fully funded comes at the expense of and already struggling schools where budgets are already stretched beyond repair, not happy
Will be happy to just have it over with!! It's not fair that any pay rise will come at the expense of the school though, we already scrape by for the most basic things and we barely have any TA's anymore
Voted no!
I think they announce the results of the ballots today, will be interesting to see if it passed or not
