Hi everyone, new to the community.

I really enjoy staying in shape and always like connecting with teachers who are into their fitness.

Staying in shape is something that really helps me manage the stress of the classroom and I'm keen to know what works for others.

Recently, I switched my workout to a more weight-based resistance training (previously I just ran) and I'm loving it.

Feeling stronger already but I'm sore, very sore 😀 so I bought an ice bath and start cold plunging. 🤗  IT'S AMAZING!!!

I've never felt anything like it and encourage anyone who may have been thinking about taking the plunge (pun intended), to go for it.

Look forward to connecting and hearing what others are into.

Can you elaborate on the ice bath and cold plunging. Thats truly a daring move!

I'll stick to stress balls, fidget spinners and chocolate

For mood, metabolism, recovery, and overall stress management, I haven't come across anything as useful.

3mins per day at 11 degrees or colder activates all of the cold shock proteins in the body and you start to receive the positive effects.

It's awful every single time but once you're in, it's a really unique experience that I miss when I don't do it.

Best thing to do.....TAKE THE PLUNGE! 🤣
