We tend to have a school assembly where all the different year groups learn carols, spread some Christmas cheer, and express the importance of giving to others. We love to get involved in Christmas Jumper Day too!
Although it's great and gets me in the mood for the holidays we tend to do the same thing every year and it's getting a little stale, if you work in Primary what does your school plan for the festive season? Looking for some new ideas to take away 🙂
We mix it up with a Winter Wonderland Day. Each class transforms their room into a different winter theme, and kids rotate through for mini-activities 😊
Love the festive vibes! We do a "Cultural Christmas Showcase" Each class explores and presents holiday traditions from different cultures. It's a cool way to celebrate diversity and create a unique experience for everyone.
Doing Christmas Jumper day this Thursday and we have different year groups sing carols in assembly, becomes a bit of a competition but cannot wait! 🤣
